Certificate of Airworthines

Certificate of Airworthiness shall be issued for specific aircraft after it has been determined that the aircraft complies with the approved type certificate design (as amended by Mandatory Continuing Airworthiness Information) and is in the airworthy condition.

Certificate of airworthiness is issued by aviation authorities of the aircraft register country. The authority in the Republic of Croatia is Croatian Civil Aviation Agency.

Certificate of Airworthiness issued according to the EU regulation is valid only if submitted together with the valid Airworthiness Review Certificate for the same aircraft.
